How we operate

Here are some details on how we operate we think that are important for you to understand prior to ordering.

1. We try our best to ensure our stock levels are accurate and generally speaking, if a product is showing on our site, it's "in stock".
2. We only use Australia Post for shipping.  While they are the most expensive option in terms of shipping, we have found them to be the most reliable.
3. When you process your cart, this is simply an order confirmation and the total value showing at checkout is not the final value of the order. 
4. After receiving your order, we will pick, pack and weigh it.  We will then send you a separate final invoice from our off line invoicing system. This invoice will contain payment options, payment terms and will also include the shipping charge.
5. It can take us a few days to get around to picking, packing, weighing and invoicing your order, so we appreciate your patience while we do this.
